Policy

1. Appointment Booking:

To schedule an appointment, please book your desired option on the Book Online page or at the bottom of the Home page. You may also DM me via Instagram but please note that your appointment is not reserved until you receive confirmation from me.

2. Health and Safety:

For the comfort and safety of all my clients, I kindly request that children and guests who are not receiving services do not accompany you to your appointment. Your health and safety is a top priority.

3. Consultation:

Before your appointment, I will conduct a thorough consultation to discuss your desired lash look, any allergies or sensitivities, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

4. Payment:

Payment for services can be made in cash or via Zelle if applicable. A nonrefundable deposit of $20 is required to book (Zelle). This goes towards your end balance, which must then be paid in cash.

5. Cancellation Policy & Late Fee:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee after 15 minutes (booking deposit).

Kindly note there is a $10 late fee if you're more than 10 minutes late.

6. Precare Tips:

Before your appointment here, a few important reminders:

Please ensure your lashes are clean.

Avoid applying make up or using oil-based products on your face before hand (like lotion).
Avoid consuming caffeine prior to appointment.

7. Aftercare Instructions:

To prolong the life of your eyelash extensions, please follow the following aftercare instructions:

Avoid water and sweating for 24 hrs.
Wash lashes with appropriate soap (feel free to ask any questions).
Avoid oil-based products, excessive heat, and rubbing or pulling on the lashes.

8. Post Grace Period

You have until the end of your appointment to let me know if you aren't happy with your lashes and wish to remove them. Once you leave I can no longer remove for free nor give a refund. However, you have a 3 day grace period to fix anything free of charge.

9. Disclosures

Lash fills must be at least 40% filled.

There is no restroom access.

10. Studio Policies Acknowledgment:

By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to adhere to my studio policies outlined above.
